Monica Leroux

Monica Leroux has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Monica began their career as the Global Human Resources Director at Textainer Equipment Management in 1994, where they led the company's global HR organization and managed HR operations, systems, and programs across 13 offices worldwide. Monica stayed with Textainer for more than two decades until 2014.

In 2015, Monica moved on to Stryker, where they served as a Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, providing support and strategic guidance in HR matters. In 2017, they were promoted to the role of Senior Manager, Organization Development, responsible for driving organizational growth and development initiatives. Monica remained with Stryker until 2019.

Currently, Monica Leroux works at McGrath RentCorp, joining in 2019. Monica initially held the position of Human Resources Director until June 2021 when they were promoted to the role of Director of Compensation. As the Director of Compensation, they are responsible for overseeing the company's compensation strategy and ensuring it aligns with business objectives.

Throughout their career, Monica Leroux has gained extensive experience in HR management, including compensation, organization development, and HR operations.

Monica Leroux holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications as a 360 Degree Leadership Feedback Coach from Stryker and as a Certified Gallup Strengths Performance Coach from Gallup.
