Dawn Kahan Metcalf is an experienced instructional designer and curriculum writer with a strong background in developing educational programs and content. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer for McGraw Hill in the New Lit Division, Metcalf specializes in designing data-collecting games and learner experiences. Previous roles include Learning Experience Designer at Who2Be and external communications and creative content development at Pathways At Work, where brand visibility and sales were significantly increased through strategic content creation. With a history of facilitating writing programs at Kingswood Oxford School and authoring young adult novels published by Harlequin, Metcalf also directed teen initiatives at The Harold Grinspoon Charitable Foundation and ran an education consulting firm. Educational credentials include a Master's degree from Harvard University in Gender and Self-Esteem, along with various certifications in instructional design.
