Alice Lucena is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in leading design teams and managing product strategies across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Design at Warren Brasil since July 2022, Alice is responsible for overseeing the design process and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Prior roles include Head of Design at Olist, where Alice focused on empowering e-commerce through strategic design, and Product Design Manager at Globo, managing the design teams for major news platforms. With a strong foundation in UX design and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, Alice has consistently demonstrated leadership and innovation throughout a diverse career, starting from early roles in software engineering at companies like Itautec and CESAR.
