Joanna Kamouh

Joanna Kamouh currently serves as an Academic Designer for Literacy/Primary Grades at McGraw Hill, starting in April 2024, where responsibilities include designing and developing Grade 1 ancillary materials. Previously, Joanna was a Kindergarten Teacher at the NYC Department of Education from September 2018 to May 2024 and held leadership roles such as Kindergarten Grade Level Lead and Instructional Leadership Team member. Additional experience includes roles as a Reading Rescue Specialist at GO Project, Virtual Early Childhood Teacher at Maccabee Academy, and Teacher's Notes Writer at Norwood House Press, among others. Joanna earned a Master's degree in Early Childhood and Special Education from NYU Steinhardt School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Rutgers University.
