Carol Kniss is a seasoned payroll professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Director of Global Payroll at McGraw Hill since February 2013, Carol has previously held positions as Sr. Manager of Payroll at NorthgateArinso ANZ and Payroll Manager at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, Greif, NCS Healthcare, and Pharmicia. Carol is pursuing a Master's degree in Financial Planning and Services at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, expected to be completed in May 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Susquehanna University, earned in 1979.
