Sheetal Soni

Sheetal Soni, an ICF-ACC certified professional, has extensive experience in human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as Director HR for McGraw Hill since February 2016, Sheetal leads HR initiatives for K12/Schools and International Finance, aligning HR strategies with business objectives in diverse international markets. Prior roles include Director HR positions at Cambridge University Press, where Sheetal established the HR function for India and the subcontinent, and Head of HR at Dorling Kindersley, overseeing key HR operations. Additional experience includes Head HR roles at Mothercare Sourcing India, where Sheetal facilitated a major office transition, and as Regional HR Manager at Amway, managing regional human resource functions. Sheetal began career in HR at Impetus and Manystreams, focusing on establishing HR frameworks and capabilities. Educationally, Sheetal holds an MBA in HR from the University of Jammu.
