Stefanie Ungerott

Stefanie Ungerott (Rossman) is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at McGraw Hill, focusing on attracting and hiring talent to support the organization’s mission of Education for All since November 2021. Previously, as the Director of Brand Strategy & Business Operations at Lifestyle Communities from July 2014 to April 2020, Stefanie led the establishment of a new brand and revenue stream, driving significant growth across multiple regions. Prior roles at Lifestyle Communities include Community Engagement Manager, where Stefanie initiated a company-wide engagement plan for philanthropic efforts, and Business Development & Operations Manager, overseeing enhancements in customer experience within the fitness division. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Program Manager at Northwood University, where comprehensive support was provided to student-athletes in the NCAA DII athletic program. Stefanie holds an MBA from Northwood University and a BS in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the University of Charleston.
