Matthew Young

Matthew Young has extensive work experience in various industries. Matthew currently serves as the Pharmacy Analytics Director at McGriff. Prior to that, they were the Lead Pharmacy Benefits Analyst/Consultant at Alliant Insurance Services for almost nine years. In this role, they performed complex statistical analysis and financial modeling, conducted RFPs and market checks, prepared reports and presentations for clients, and assisted in the growth of the practice.

Before joining Alliant, Matthew worked as a Strategic Sourcing Analyst at National DCP, LLC for a few months. Matthew also served as a Pricing Analyst at LC Industries and worked in outside sales roles at Lansing Building Products, Bite Tech inc., and Oldcastle Precast.
