Nirav Desai

Nirav Desai's work experience includes various roles in the healthcare industry. Nirav currently serves as the SVP and Managing Director of Peak Health at McGriff, where they provide integrated health, wellness, and benefit administration solutions for clients nationwide. Prior to McGriff, Nirav worked as the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Innovation at Pulse Centers and as a Principal Healthcare Strategist at Mobiquity, Inc. Nirav also founded and served as the CEO of Hands On Telehealth and held senior executive positions at REACH Health, Inc, Baxter Healthcare, and GE Healthcare. Nirav's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Engineer at Aumtech Inc., a Knowledge-Based Technology Consultant at Aetna, and a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Virginia Biomedical Engineering Department.

Nirav Desai completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) and Master of Science (MS) degrees in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia from 1986 to 1991. Nirav further pursued an MBA in General Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business from 2001 to 2003.
