Alina Belkova Virnik, CPCU, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance sector. Since November 2018, Alina has served as President of MBT, Ltd., where oversight of the captive insurance company for Truist Financial Corporation includes regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and vendor management. Concurrently, since August 2005, Alina has been the Captive Insurance Operations Manager and Vice President at McGriff, leading a team that provides alternative risk transfer solutions and expertise in reserve analysis, loss forecasting, and captive education. Alina holds an MBA in International Business and Finance from Brandeis School of Business and Economics and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Mount Saint Mary College.
