Cindy Chitwood

Cindy Chitwood is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and National Claims Practice Leader at McGriff since September 2014, where oversight includes leading a team of expert Claim Consultants and advocating for clients in complex and denied claim situations. Prior experience includes roles at The Hartford as an Underwriter and Claim Service Consultant, as well as Insurance Risk Manager at Bank of America. Additionally, Cindy has contributed to Kemper Insurance as a Claim Supervisor and to Travelers as a Claims Adjuster. Cindy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Winthrop University, completed in 1987.
