James Holliday

James Holliday is an Employee Benefits and Wellness Executive at McGriff since April 2024. James serves as a Board Member for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Texas International, actively supporting the expansion of the ministry in Latin America North. Previously, James held the position of Executive Director of Agency Operations at Baylor College of Medicine from March 2019 to April 2024, where James managed wellness programs and collaborated with internal service lines. James also worked at Houston Methodist as a Director of Agency Operations and Wellness Strategy Manager, and at Gallagher as a Regional Wellbeing & Engagement Specialist. Additional roles include Business Development Associate and General Manager at Plus One Health Management Inc. and Reconditioning Specialist at NASA, where rehabilitation programs for deep space human physiology were facilitated. James is an alumnus of McMurry University and the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
