Nirav Desai

Nirav Desai currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Peak Health at McGriff, where responsibilities include providing integrated health, wellness, and benefit administration solutions to clients nationwide. Prior to this role, Nirav was the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Innovation at Pulse Centers, overseeing various strategic initiatives that drove significant growth and quality improvements. Nirav has built a diverse background in healthcare consulting, having worked as the Principal Healthcare Strategist at Mobiquity, Inc., and as CEO of Hands On Telehealth. Additional experience includes senior executive roles at REACH Health, senior marketing positions at Baxter Healthcare and GE Healthcare, and earlier roles at Aumtech Inc. and Aetna. Nirav holds an MBA in General Management and a dual degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
