Rodney Ledford

Rodney Ledford has a strong background in the insurance industry with a focus on small businesses and personal lines. Rodney is currently working at McGriff as the National Director, overseeing small business and personal lines. Before joining McGriff, they held the position of Strategic Growth Officer at the same company. Prior to that, Rodney worked at Chubb, where they served as Vice President in charge of national partners for Chubb Small Business. Rodney also held the role of Regional Vice President for small commercial at Chubb and was the AVP, Distribution Leader, Small Commercial. Rodney's career in the insurance industry began at The Hartford, where they were an Executive Small Commercial Sales Rep. Rodney started their professional journey at The Hartford Insurance Group as an Underwriter.

Rodney Ledford attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1997 to 2001. Rodney obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Society.
