Traci Putt

Traci Putt serves as the VP Operations Manager for McGriff since October 2015 and previously held the position of VP/Regional Client Service Manager in Commercial Insurance. Prior experience includes a tenure at First Commonwealth Insurance Agency from October 2000 to June 2015 where Traci Putt achieved the role of VP/Chief Administrative Officer, emphasizing agency growth through strategic planning and collaboration. Additional roles within First Commonwealth include Compliance and Process Services Officer, overseeing Client Support, Operations, and Administration, as well as Section Coordinator and Insurance Specialist, where integration of newly acquired assets and support for investment sales were key responsibilities. Early career experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant, developing support for the Investment Brokerage unit. Traci Putt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
