Marisa Paterson

Marisa Paterson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive coaching, talent management, and business psychology. As the Founder of Wetherell Place since October 2016, Marisa has also served as an Executive Coach at Keystone Partners since August 2018 and as a Business Psychologist and Strategic Alliance Partner at Audrey McGuckin Talent Solutions since January 2018. Previously, Marisa was a Specialist Leader at Deloitte from March 2012 to September 2016, overseeing executive-level talent management solutions, and spent seven years at Kaisen Consulting Ltd. as a Business Psychologist. Earlier roles included Independent Management Consultant and VP of Management Consulting at Keane Consulting Group. Marisa holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from The Queen's University, Belfast, completed in 1987.
