Erik L. Olson

Erik L. Olson, PE, currently serves as Division President - SAV / HHI at McGuinn Homes, focusing on transforming lives by delivering quality homes that enhance communities. As the founder of Tract Quarters since 2013, Erik provides leadership in residential and commercial real estate projects with an emphasis on sustainable solutions. Previous experience includes roles at Forestar Group Inc. as Land Acquisition for the Coastal South region, and Vice President of Development at Reed Group, overseeing master planned communities. Erik's early career involved positions at SCANA, Thomas & Hutton, and Rehrig Pacific Company. Erik holds a Master of Engineering in Capital Projects Supply Chain and Logistics, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering, both from Clemson University.
