Michael Tande

Michael Tande is a seasoned executive in the hospitality construction industry with extensive experience in general contracting and construction management. As Co-President and Chief Operating Officer of McGuire Builders, Inc. since January 2014, Tande has played a pivotal role in delivering renovation and construction services to upscale and luxury hospitality projects. Prior to this, Tande served as Senior Vice President at Lowe Destination Development Inc., overseeing significant projects like the $1 billion Snowmass Base Village development in Colorado. Tande's career also includes senior leadership roles in development and project management at Lowe Enterprises and hands-on project management experience at notable resort developments such as Terranea Resort and Suncadia Resort. Tande holds education credentials from Fullerton College and UCLA’s Extension Program.
