Nicole Nester

Lead, IT Operations Center (itoc) at McGuireWoods

Nicole Nester has a diverse work experience, starting as a Freelance Graphic Designer from 2005 to 2008, providing graphic design services such as website design and logo design. Nicole then worked as a Helpdesk Analyst/Trainer at WellPoint from 2007 to 2009. After that, Nicole joined Dell as a Sr. Enterprise Technical Support Analyst from 2010 to 2011. Following their stint at Dell, they worked at McGuireWoods as a Network Operations Center Specialist from 2011 to 2015. Finally, Nicole took on the role of Lead, IT Operations Center (ITOC) at McGuireWoods LLP in 2015, where they are currently employed.

Nicole Nester completed their AAS degree in IT Networking and Security from ECPI University between 2006 and 2008. Nicole also obtained additional certifications such as ITIL Service Operation, Micro-Certification in Performance Analytics, and ITIL v3 Foundation from PeopleCert and ServiceNow between 2016 and 2017.
