Rebecca Casavant has worked in the legal industry for several years, holding various managerial roles. Rebecca started their career at Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe as a Paralegal, where they quickly advanced to handle administration and paralegal activities. During their time there, they successfully managed cease and desist letters and court orders for a large number of defendants, resulting in the settlement of numerous cases.

In 2004, Rebecca joined Covington & Burling LLP as a Paralegal Supervisor, working as part of a team in managing a sizeable paralegal department. Rebecca played a key role in staffing plans, ad hoc projects, resource allocation initiatives, and maintaining personnel files.

In 2012, they were promoted to Paralegal Manager at Covington & Burling, where they oversaw a 55-employee paralegal department. Rebecca'sresponsibilities included recruiting, hiring, training, mentoring, addressing employee relations issues, and conducting performance evaluations. Rebecca also collaborated with senior leadership on business plans and strategy.

In 2018, Rebecca joined King & Spalding as a Paralegal & Legal Support Services Manager, managing a legal support team. Rebecca concluded their tenure at King & Spalding in 2022.

Rebecca Casavant obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice from Penn State University in the years 1997 to 2001. Rebecca later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, completing it in the years 2009 to 2012.
