Björn Bierhaalder

Björn Bierhaalder is the owner and co-founder of MCH Consultancy | Make Change Happen, established in December 2010, focusing on change leadership for professional services with a goal to empower organizations to make a meaningful difference for their customers. In addition, Björn founded Jarem Management Consultancy in May 2010, specializing in service excellence and change management within the service industries. Björn served as Chairman of the Board for Village l'Eau d'Heure Exploitation scrl. from 2014 to 2019 after joining as a board member in 2011. Previous roles include managing consultant at IG&H Consulting & Interim from May 2005 to August 2010, where change management engagements were managed for the financial services sector, and program management at Marsh from August 2000 to April 2005, involving corporate restructuring and business strategy implementation. Björn's career began as a management trainee at Wim Bosman Logistic Services in 1999. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a postgraduate degree in Management Consultancy from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
