Justin Baugher serves as a 911 Dispatcher at McHenry County Sheriff's Office since April 2018, honored as Dispatcher of the Year in 2021 and functioning as a Communications Training Officer. In addition, Baugher has been an On-Ice Official for USA Hockey since August 2003, recognized as the Illinois Advanced Placement Referee of the Year in 2010. Previous experience includes working as a Front Desk Associate at LEAFS Hockey Club from August 2013 to August 2015, where responsibilities involved registering customers, managing transactions, and creating promotional flyers. Baugher earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Western Illinois University between 2013 and 2017.
