Debbie Weingart

Debbie Weingart has over 40 years of experience in human resources and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Recruitment Specialist and previously as a Human Resources Generalist at McHenry County since May 2007, Debbie has expertise in new hire onboarding, applicant tracking using Taleo, health insurance enrollments, payroll data entry with ADP, retirement processes through IMRF, ethics training, and coordinating physicals and background checks. Prior to this, Debbie worked at Kemper Insurance as a Senior Licensing Representative from August 1981 to May 2007, specializing in data entry. Debbie holds a diploma in General Studies from Adlai E Stevenson High School, earned between 1976 and 1980, and is proficient in Microsoft Office software.
