Kevin Baggs

Kevin Baggs currently serves as a Franchise Development Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Specialist at The N2 Company since July 2021. Prior experience includes a significant role as a Regional Administrator, Recruiter, and Agent at Aflac from January 2017 to July 2021, where Kevin excelled in the recruiting life cycle, achieving top performances in recruiting metrics. Kevin also completed a Human Resource internship at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in early 2016, focusing on recruitment and internship program management. Earlier experience includes serving as a Gym Coordinator for Carteret County Parks and Recreation, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating a basketball league. Kevin began their professional career as an Inventory Specialist at Lion Vallen Industries, managing inventory during a summer internship. Kevin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, along with an Associate's Degree from Carteret Community College.
