Matthew Winer

Matthew Winer, Esq. is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as an Assistant Public Defender in McHenry County since August 2022. Previous experience includes roles as an Educator with Township High School District 113 from March 2022 to December 2023, and as a Census Enumerator with the U.S. Census Bureau in 2020. Matthew has also worked as a Certified Mediator at C-K Law Group, conducting mediations in various legal disputes, and completed internships at the Lake County Public Defender's Office and the IL Department of Children and Family Services, utilizing a 711 license for client representation.
