Brian Kilinski

Brian Kilinski, PHR has a diverse work experience as a Director of Human Resources at McHenry School District 15 from 2013 to present. In this role, they handle all phases of human resources including recruitment, negotiation, credentialing, compliance, contract administration, and supervision of staff. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager of Student Finance at Career Education Corporation from 2007 to 2013, where they were responsible for managing day-to-day operations, conducting staff evaluations, training employees, and analyzing reports for future strategies. Additionally, they served as a Processor of Student Finance during this time, overseeing loan and grant approvals and achieving a high service quality rate.

Brian Kilinski, PHR has a diverse educational background. Brian earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University Chicago, with an expected completion date of 2022. Brian also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management from Illinois State University. In addition to their formal education, Brian has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional expertise. Brian became a Professional Human Capital Leader in Education through the American Association of School Personnel Administrators in August 2017. Brian also obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in January 2013. Furthermore, Brian completed a certification in Managerial Leadership from Northern Illinois University in May 2011.
