Jacquie Duginske, Ed.D. has extensive experience in the field of education. Currently, they serve as the Executive Director of Learning Services at McHenry School District 15 since July 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at Community Unit School District 300 from July 2012 to July 2021, where they held positions such as Director of Math and Coordinator of RtI and PBIS. Jacquie completed their M.ED in Educational Administration from Governors State University from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained their BSED in Elementary Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania between 1994 and 1996. Additionally, Jacquie Duginske also pursued a Doctor of Education - Ed.D. degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Concordia University Chicago.

McHenry Elementary School District 15 also honors diversity by our commitment to second language acquisition using a transitional bilingual program of instruction that includes native language instruction through a developmental model and ESL services. Through our rigorous curriculum, Response to Intervention (RTI) and Positive Behavior Intervention Strategies (PBIS) and a full continuum of special education services, we meet the needs of all students residing in our district.
