Ethan Davis

Ethan Z. Davis is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience in the BPO and customer experience sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at MCI since May 2019, Ethan oversees HR functions for a diverse portfolio generating over $200M in annual revenue. Prior to this role, Ethan held senior positions at Mass Markets, including Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Talent Acquisition, contributing significantly to the company's strategic HR initiatives. Previous roles also include Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement at Enhanced Resource Centers and Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at TMone. Ethan's educational background includes an MBA from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, a certificate in HR Management & Analytics from The Wharton School, and several additional credentials in project management and human resources.
