Amparito Cox

Amparito Cox has extensive experience in talent development and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Talent Development and Acquisition at MCIC Vermont, LLC since June 2016. In this role, Amparito partners with business leaders to enhance human capital management, focusing on leadership development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. Previous positions include Learning and Development Consultant at Fiserv, Talent Development Manager at Capstone Logistics, and eLearning/Instructional Designer at AC Consulting, among others. Amparito's early career included roles at The Home Depot and Automatic Data Processing, where responsibilities encompassed designing training curricula and managing sizable training budgets. Amparito holds a Master’s degree in Education and a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Florida.
