Shawn Cheshire

Shawn Cheshire serves as the Senior Director of Application Development and Support at MCIC Vermont, LLC, where responsibilities include overseeing application development and supporting solutions since July 2019. With extensive experience at U.S. Security Associates, Inc. from 2000 to July 2019, roles included Director of Business Applications Development and Solution Architect, where significant achievements encompassed the implementation of an enterprise-wide cloud-based system improving financial visibility and user experience, as well as enhancements to applicant tracking software leading to increased candidate flow and reduced hiring manager workload. Prior experience also includes programming and systems management at Oxford Industries. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Decision Science with an emphasis in Computer Science from Berry College and has continued education through Trailhead by Salesforce.
