With a diverse professional background, Joselyn brings over 25 years of experience to her role as Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director, Finance and Accounting. As a proactive, collaborative and hands on leader embracing the power of data to provide valuable insights, Joselyn oversees the traditional finance function, manages the complex regulatory reporting environment and actively participates in risk management activities across the firm.
Prior to joining McInnes Cooper, Joselyn spent time working in leadership positions with Atlantic Canadian small businesses including Skinfix, Nubody’s and the Head Shoppe, affording her the opportunity to work side by side entrepreneurs that provided the ability to actively participate in all aspects of the business. Joselyn’s background also includes working with the pharmacy and drug store divisions of Sobeys Inc, further enhancing her diverse background to include a national perspective on operations and finance. Joselyn obtained her CPA, CGA while working with Deloitte, both in audit and tax.
