Sara Quinlan

Sara Quinlan currently serves as an incoming Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, effective August 2024. In parallel, Sara functions as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at UVA's McIntire School of Commerce, focusing on Project & Product Management and conducting research on economic development in rural areas. As a Project Leader with SEED Consulting at UVA and a Portfolio Analyst for the McIntire Investment Institute, Sara demonstrates leadership and analytical skills. Previous experience includes an Advisory Intern role at KPMG US, an eCommerce Analytics Intern position at Tractor Supply Company, and participation in the GWI Online Intensive Program with Girls Who Invest. Early career experience includes roles as a Marketing and Operations Intern at Swytchback and a Sales Associate at Anthropologie. Sara Quinlan is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Commerce at the UVA McIntire School of Commerce, expected to graduate in 2025, following a foundational education at Sacred Heart Schools, Atherton.
