Chitra Sridharan

Chitra Sridharan has been working as an internal auditor for over 10 years. Chitra started their career at Affin Bank Berhad in 2006 and was promoted to Group Internal Auditor within two years. In 2008, they left Malaysia to work as an internal auditor for the Department of Housing and Public Works in Queensland, Australia.

Sridharan returned to Malaysia in 2009 and joined Heritage Bank as an internal auditor for business processes. Chitra left Heritage Bank in 2010 to join MCIS Insurance Berhad as Head of Internal Audit. Sridharan has been with MCIS Life since 2016 and is currently the Chief Internal Auditor.

Chitra Sridharan has a master's degree in business administration from Help University as well as a masters from Stamford College. Chitra also has a bachelor's degree in arts from the University of South Australia. In addition, they are a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Australia (IIA).

Chitra Sridharan reports to Prasheem Seebran, CEO & Managing Director. They work with Karen Foong Cheng Keat - Chief Risk Officer, Ragunath Joe Murthy - Chief Distribution & Marketing Officer, and Koo Chee Min - Chief HR Officer.
