Kristin Sarmiento

Kristin Sarmiento is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, translation, interpretation, and administrative coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Stripe Partners since July 2021, Kristin leverages a blend of social and data science to enhance technology-led businesses. As an Associate Translator in Spanish-English and English-Spanish for the Association of Translators and Interpreters of Alberta since December 2016, Kristin has translated and edited a diverse range of texts and utilized CAT tools. Previous roles include administrative coordination at Network Innovations, where Kristin led CRM transitions, and logistical support at the City of Calgary's Clerk's Office. Kristin also has a strong background in tutoring and academic support, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and minors in Spanish and Linguistics from Mount Royal University, along with additional language studies in French.
