Tenzin Paldon is an experienced E-learning Training Developer and Consultant at MCIS Language Solutions since January 2015, specializing in creating comprehensive training content and courses, including notable projects such as Medical Interpreters training presented at the IMIA conference in 2016 and Anti-Oppression training for over 300 interpreters. Paldon also served as a Training Outreach Assistant and participated in various human resource projects as an HR and Admin Intern. Prior experience includes a Front Desk position at Tibetan Ashoka Guest House from July 2010 to March 2014, where responsibilities included guest relations and facility management. Tenzin Paldon holds a Certificate in Learning Design from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Hans Raj College, Delhi University.
