Tomoko Sawamoto

Tomoko Sawamoto is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in accounting, translation, and marketing. Since April 2019, Tomoko has served as an Accounting Assistant/Sales Assistant at TEXMAC Inc. and has been a Freelance Translator for MCIS Language Solutions since May 2014, specializing in English/Japanese document translation across various sectors, including legal and manufacturing. Previously, Tomoko was a Freelance Interpreter at CanTalk, providing language support to Japanese customers. As a Marketing Manager & Counsellor at Cornerstone Academic College, Tomoko fostered relationships with students and educational agencies while developing marketing materials for the Japanese market. Early career experiences include roles as a Peer Notetaker at George Brown College, Assistant Supervisor at World Intec Ltd., and Group Coordinator at The Westin Miyako Kyoto.
