Yaël ZLOTOWSKI has held a variety of positions in the financial sector since 2002. Yaël began their career at Crédit Coopératif, where they held the roles of Chef de projet à la Direction des Affaires Internationales, Chef de projet à la Direction Financière, and Chargée de développement Mission Financements Solidaires et Alternatifs. In 2006, they became an Administratrice and Executive Vice-President of Investment company CoopEst, where they were responsible for investments in Social Finance in Central and Eastern Europe. From 2012 to 2015, they served as an Administratrice at Nord Actif and held the roles of Administratrice and Présidente du GT Banques & Territoires at Le Labo de l'ESS. Yaël also held the role of Mecénat de compétence at Systeme D from 2017 to 2018 and Membre du Board Experts (bénévole) at LITA.co from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, they were appointed as a Membre du conseil de surveillance at OXUS Group and, in 2020, became a Membre du Comité d’Investissement Helenos at Inpulse Investment Manager. Most recently, they were appointed as Chief Cohesion Officer at McKay Brothers in 2018.

Yaël ZLOTOWSKI attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2001 to 2002, where they obtained their Msc Economics in Economics, Development Economics. Yaël also attended ENSAE Paris from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained their Ingénieure Economiste - Statisticienne in Economics, Mathematics, and Statistics.
