Lynda Perry

Lynda Perry is the current Head of Occupier Services at McKay Securities. Prior to this, they were with ELM UK Partners Ltd from July 2013 to February 2015 as Director. Her responsibilities there included Facilities Management, Real Estate Acquisition and Disposals, Dilapidations, Project Management of fit-out and roll out/implementation of systems together with Procurement of Facilities Services. Lynda has also served as a Board Member at Bracknell & Wokingham College from September 2009 to August 2014. From November 2004 to July 2013, they were Head - Real Estate & Procurement - EMEA at LSI Logic Europe Ltd. Lynda's career began in January 1999 as Senior FM at Covance, where they worked until November 2004.

They are on a team with Giles Salmon - Chief Financial Officer, Tom Elliott - Property Director & Head of Sustainability, and Andrew Jones - Head of Projects. Lynda Perry reports to Simon Perkins, CEO.
