Simon Perkins

Simon Perkins is the CEO of McKay Securities. Simon previously worked as a Development Executive at Arlington from January 1990 to January 2000. There, they were responsible for a full range of development activities, from planning and master planning business park projects, through to delivery, letting and sale. Simon also assisted the parent company, BAe, with rationalisation of their landbank, along with other subsidiary companies including Rover and Royal Ordinance.

Simon Perkins studied Real Estate Development at the University of Reading before going on to study at Kent School and Radley College.
