Ha Tran

Ha Tran has worked in the beauty and personal care industries since 1996. Starting as a QC Chemist at Alberto Culver, they then moved to Thibiant International as a Research and Development Chemist in 1997. In 2003, they became the Manager of Research and Development at PureTek Corporation and then Vice President of Research and Development at Gordon Laboratories, Inc. in 2004. In 2010, they worked as a Product Development Consultant for the Beauty and Personal Care Industries before becoming the Director of Formulation at Guthy-Renker in 2011. In 2017, they were R&D Manager at Aware Products and then Senior Formulator at ACT LABS * UNIQUE FORMULATIONS in 2018. Most recently, they are the Director of Research Development at McKenna Labs, Inc. since 2021.

Ha Tran attended California State University, Northridge from 1994 to 1997 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry.
