Charlie Robson

Charlie joined MIS as their People Manager in 2021. After honing her HR skills in a fast-paced sales environment, she brings a wealth of people-based experience and is championing the People and Culture strategy through the implementation of policy and the introduction of a killer benefits package. Charlie is well-versed in GDPR and is using those skills to help shape MIS’s security framework as well as head the talent and recruitment function of the scale-up.

Charlie has a BA (Hons) in English Literature from Aberystwyth University and is an Associate Member of the CIPD.
