Michelle Courchain

Michelle Courchain has been a Corporate Law Clerk at McKenzie Lake Lawyers LLP since July 2022. Prior to that, Michelle held the same position at Miller Thomson LLP from August 2003 to July 2022. Michelle's expertise includes a wide range of corporate law duties such as incorporations, reorganizations, purchase and sale transactions, and conducting due diligence research across Canada, the US, and overseas. Michelle holds a Corporate Law Clerk Certificate from Conestoga College and is currently pursuing their education at York University - Osgoode Hall Law School.
