Joanne Kurdziel

Joanne Kurdziel has accumulated extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources over the years. Starting at ADP in 1998 as a Coordinator, Human Resources, they then moved onto Loblaw Companies as a Specialist in Employee Development and Services. Progressing through various roles, Joanne served as a Manager in Talent Acquisition at TJX Canada/Winners Merchants International L.P. before taking on the role of Sr. Manager in Talent Acquisition at Sienna Senior Living. Joanne then transitioned to Apotex Inc. as Manager of Global Campus & Talent Brand, followed by Director positions at FGF Brands and Hudson's Bay. Currently, they hold the title of Director, Talent Acquisition Delivery at McKesson Canada.

Joanne Kurdziel holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Human Resources Management from Ryerson University. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Behaviour Assessment from the McQuaig Institute in 2019. Joanne also completed a Predictive Analyst program at The Predictive Index in 2016. Furthermore, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Management in Human Resources Management from Athabasca University Faculty of Business.
