Bailey Schrock

Bailey Schrock, Ph.D., is currently the Senior Manager of Talent & Assessment at McKesson, where they lead the pre-employment assessment process and manage the executive coaching program. Previously, they served as a Senior Talent Management Consultant at Integer Holdings Corporation and held various academic roles at Central Michigan University, including Graduate Research Assistant and Adjunct Instructor. Bailey is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Central Michigan University, building on their foundational education in psychology from the University of Oklahoma.
