Deitra McFadden

Deitra McFadden is an accomplished payroll and HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, including marketing, beverage, and shared services. Currently serving as the Director of US Payroll Operations and Executive Compensation at McKesson since April 2025, McFadden previously held the position of Global Business Service Lead for Hire To Retire at Molson Coors Beverage Company from October 2020 to May 2025. In this role, McFadden ensured compliance with payroll policies in the US, Canada, and Latin America, led month-end financial activities, and acted as a subject matter expert on payroll statutes.
