Kristi Williamson

Kristi Williamson has extensive experience in workforce compliance, currently serving as the Director of Workforce Compliance at McKesson Corporation since October 2004. In this role, Kristi oversees the development and implementation of Affirmative Action Programs across all McKesson business units and aligns AA/EEO strategic initiatives with company goals. Prior to McKesson, Kristi worked at Peopleclick from March 1999 to October 2004 as a Specialist, where responsibilities included creating Affirmative Action Plans, EEO-1 reports, and providing consulting on compliance and AAP development. Kristi holds a degree from Texas A&M University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
