Mike Cihlar

Mike Cihlar is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in healthcare and retail operations. Currently serving as the National Vice President of Pharmacy Retail Operations at McKesson since July 2014, Cihlar leads initiatives for Health Mart Pharmacy, a franchise that empowers independent pharmacy owners. Prior to McKesson, Cihlar held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Ulta Lab Tests and Mollen Immunization Clinics, overseeing operations and managing substantial budgets. Cihlar's background also includes leadership roles at SuperValu, Albertsons, and Osco Drug/Savon Drugs, contributing to operational efficiency and strategic marketing across multiple states. Cihlar earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
