Carrie Duncan

Throughout her award-winning hospitality career, Carrie Duncan has earned a reputation for being a conscientious and genuine leader, streamlining processes and driving results while creating a fun and supportive work environment for her teams and colleagues. Her dedicated and levelheaded approach to both the guest and associate experience has led to raving hotel reviews, the cultivation of new hospitality leaders, and most recently, Carrie’s promotion to Regional Vice President of Operations.

Carrie joined the McKibbon family in 2012 as General Manager of the Hilton Garden Inn Gainesville, where under her leadership, the hotel increased overall service scores while undergoing a full renovation and moved into the top five hotels for the city on Trip Advisor in 2014. From there, she was promoted to General Manager of Aloft Tallahassee Downtown, increasing market share to the highest levels the hotel had ever achieved, before going on to serve as Dual General Manager of the AC Hotel and Residence Inn by Marriott Charlotte City Center.

In addition to receiving recognition as McKibbon Hospitality's General Manager of the region for 2018, Carrie has received the Homewood Suites Merit Award for YOY Extended Stay Occupancy in 2011 and the Apple REIT Masters of Margins Award in both 2011 and 2014.
