Jihad Lotfi

Jihad Lotfi, MBA, CRME has a strong background in revenue management and hospitality. Jihad currently serves as the Vice President of Revenue Management at McKibbon Hospitality, a position they started in May 2021. Prior to this, Jihad held the role of Director of Revenue Management at Hotel Equities from September 2020 to May 2021.

Jihad has also worked at The Witness Group, where they held the positions of Vice President of Revenue Generation from January 2020 to September 2020, and Corporate Director of Revenue Management from June 2018 to January 2020.

Before joining The Witness Group, Jihad worked at White Lodging Services for several years. At White Lodging Services, they held various roles, including Director of Market Strategy from May 2016 to May 2018, Regional Revenue Optimization Manager from November 2014 to May 2016, Regional Revenue Manager from September 2012 to November 2014, and Cluster Revenue Manager from October 2010 to September 2012. Jihad also served as a Regional Revenue Manager from September 2008 to October 2010.

Jihad started their career with a Banquet / Food and Beverage Internship at Marriott International in 2007 and a Front Office Internship at Movenpick Hotel Beirut in 2006.

Throughout their career, Jihad has demonstrated expertise in revenue management, strategic planning, and team leadership.

Jihad Lotfi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Science Hospitality and Tourism Management with a focus on Lodging Management from Purdue University, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Jihad later pursued an MBA from the Purdue University Daniels School of Business, completing their Weekend MBA Program from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Lotfi has obtained various certifications, including a Certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online in 2023, a Masters in Revenue Management Certificate, and certification as a Certified Revenue Management Executive from HSMAI in 2013. Jihad also completed several certifications in hospitality revenue management from Cornell University in 2018.
