Kelly Allen has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, serving as the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing at McKibbon Hospitality since 1998, overseeing a portfolio of 21 lifestyle, select service, and extended stay hotels across Florida, North Carolina, and Arkansas, including renowned brands such as Hilton, Marriott, and Starwood. Prior to this role, Kelly held the position of Front Office Manager at Hyatt Regency Tampa from 1986 to 1998, where responsibilities included serving as Assistant Front Office Manager and Assistant Executive Housekeeping Manager.
